Well the was some holiday!….I promise to do a Q&A on our trip in the next few days. But first I wanted to share some new season pieces that I a loving from Net-A-Porter. Lots of you are asking me for my top picks on new seasons basics, so here they are!

BOOTS – BLACK ANKLE BOOTS
The ultimate wardrobe staple, I think everyone needs a pair of black ankle boots – they go with everything. You can team them with jeans for an everyday look or with dresses for an edgier look . I am loving big chunky boots that seem to be very much on trend again this year. I lived in my Bottega ones last year, but I realise they are not for everyone as they are super chunky (if you do purchase size down 1 full size)
I also LOVE these Stuart Weitzman ones which are very similar to my Valentino ones (see pic below), I love the pearl detail, I know a lot of you loved them last year and then they sold out so I am pleased to say they are back again this year! Also I love the Stuart Weitzman lace up ones and my ultimate favourite are the Khaite Conley ones.
I have linked all my favourites below but the other pair I want to mention is this pair by Isabel Marant as I love the slouchy feel and they remind me of my Chanel ones, the heel isn’t so high and they are so wearable.
KNITS
I had so so many questions about my Khaite cardigan, I know its crazy expensive but I bought 2 sweaters last year from them and the quality is so amazing that decided to invest in this one too. the cashmere is like the Old Celine cashmere that is so thick and just doesn’t bobble…it feels like sheer luxury to wear!
TEES AND TANKS
A simple tee or tank is the perfect transeasonal item to throw on under a jacket or knit. There are so many I am loving right now from the Isabel Marant tie waist ones, to the Toteme tanks, and I also love the organic Anine Bing tanks.
I recently also found the most amazing shaped tee – these Cotton Jersey Jospeh ones are PERFECTION, I love the boxy shape and they are a good price for a designer tee, Joseph also have these cashmere ones in the same shape for the ultimate luxury. The Frankie shop ones are still amazing and I personally think much better than the cheaper versions.
TOPS
I love a great top, the Khaite tops were one of my favourite purchases from the year, you can trow them on with anything and they look fabulous. Loving this seasons version. I also purchased this lace body to wear under oversized blazers, its super cool.
COATS AND BLAZERS
I still LOVE my Max Mara teddy and will be wearing it again all winter on repeat. like boots if you invest in the right ones you will wear over and over year after year. I love this shearling one by Remain Birger Christensen and am OBSESSED with this Isabel marant shearling coat, that I think I may order. For blazers my ultimate favourite is the big hit of the season – the iconic Saint Laurent one – it fits like DREAM (I sized up to a 38)
BOTTOMS, JEANS AND JUMPSUITS
Jeans are a staple for all of us, I love my old black Balenciaga ones so much so I have invested in this seasons Balenciaga ones, and I am loving these Toteme ones too. My leather trousers from Joseph are back again this year, these also always sell out so its good to grab when you can as they are AMAZING! These velvet leggings are one of my go to items for comfort. Leather shorts are always something I wear on repeat also, and I included this jumpsuit as I bought it and LOVE it…SO COOL!
JEWELLERY
I am still loving gold jewellery, I have been wearing my gold hoops constantly and these Paco Rabanne chain earrings are super and these Kenneth Jay Lane are a great cheaper alternative!
ACCESSORIES
Love a good accessory, I purchased this Alessandra rich bow to elevate every look. I also love my Maison Michel hat from last year. I also still love the Bottega Venetta pouches and I have this suede BV Cassette which I can’t wait to use.
