Hope you are all well and enjoying the transition into autumn and winter. A few weeks ago I shared my wardrobe staples with NET-A-PORTER (click here) so this time I thought it would be nice if I shared some of my recent looks in association with NET-A-PORTER. Some were from our recent vacation, and some are more current in London.
THE MIDI DRESS
I absolutely love a midi dress, last AW I splurged on 2 favourites from Alessandra Rich. I particularly love the midi tea dresses she does as I feel they are so transeasonal, you can wear them in the summer with heels or you can also wear them with heeled boots and throw over a big coat and they still feel appropriate for AW. Another super current way to style them is with and oversized blazer and flat boots. This year my 2 favourites from Alessandra Rich are the brown and white polka and the blue polka dot style they are both so feminine and pretty but you can also elevate the look with gold jewellery for an evening look. I also LOVE the Rotate polka dress below which has a more reasonable price point.
THE KNIT DRESS
I love a knit dress, and as last year I am favouring Bottega Veneta styles, Daniel Lee is a genius and I really love the shapes he creates and the texture of his fabrics, I shot this Bottega one here for NET-A-PORTER. I love the navy one by Nanushka and I have preordered this gorgeous one by Khaite as I love this style so much and it is similar to my long sleeve version that I wear on repeat.
THE BLAZER
I love a great blazer, whether it be oversized or a more fitted style you can never go wrong with great tailoring. This season I am obsessed with the ones by Saint Laurent, although they keep selling out as clearly everyone thinks the same! I have linked several versions below, in navy, black or cashmere there are all perfect! I also LOVE this one by Stella McCartney and The Frankie shop makes great blazers at a lower price point.
BRAND FOCUS – MAGDA BUTRYM
A brand you will have seen me wear a lot over the last few years is Magda Butrym. I absolutely LOVE her dresses and jewellery so its no surprise I chose to shoot one of her dresses as one of the looks I put together for NET-A-PORTER. This yellow dress I shot is the absolute dream, I love her gold and pearl anklet, and these boots are INSANE AMAZING.
SHOES ACCESORIES AND JEWELLERY
I just wanted to link some of the accessories I used when shooting these looks for NET-A-PORTER. I love the Bottega bags, I think they are so good. I purchased the padded white last year and I still wear it often. I love the chocolate brown suede. The gold hoops I have been wearing on repeat, and I also love the smaller version. White pumps for me are a current go to, and I love the ones below by The Attico.
THE SLIP DRESS
I always love a slip dress, I find them simple and just chic, I have always favoured Joseph and the Max Mara ones, and this year is no exception. I have the blue one that I love so much which also comes in a skirt version, I think it is one of the best I own as it literally doesn’t crease, I have been wearing it in London with cardigans and knits and I also love this pink slip dress which is also a great price point
TOVE
I wanted to do a bit of a brand focus here as I absolutely LOVE Tove, it is exclusively with NET-A-PORTER and they make the most beautiful pieces. I have lived in my brown silk trousers from them all summer. You recently saw me in the Yellow dress on holiday, which also comes in black and white, but number one on my wish list is this silk georgette maxi version which I feel could be worn now in the evening or equally layered under a chunky knit for a casual but dressed up dinner at home.
